7" TFT version
Can anybody who has now received one of these comment on the picture quality, specifically on the adjustments of brightness and contrast.
The reason I ask is that I had to return the Aldi/Medion player last month because it was impossible to achieve a decent picture because the contrast/brightness controls had limited effect.

I got my 7" Proline one from Ebuyer yesterday and I am very impressed with the picture quality - it far exceeded my expectations given the price.

The unit itself is a bit plasticky and cheap feeling, but for £49.99 it IS cheap!

Highly recommended.

No idea, I've literally plugged it into the mains to check that it worked...

It comes with both normal mains and in-car adaptors though.

Received mine today and now fully charged. Brilliant value for money. Picture quality very good (played around with the contrast and brightness). Haven't used the battery life yet but manual does say it lasts for about 2 hrs. Well recommended.

I think the picture quality on the 7" one is excellent for the money. make that excellent full stop.

I bought the 7" bargain some weeks ago (When it was slightly more expensive). The kids have not stopped using it in the car and indoors. I have used and charged the battery several times and the 2 hours running time is accurate to about 10 minutes. The picture is easily adjustable and the quality is superb. The multi region fix described earlier in this thread worked first time and overall so far, this little beauty has not failed to impress.
