Cheapest T Mobile downgrade?

Currently on last 6 months of a 18 month t mobile 200 mins £29 p/m cashback contract, really need to reduce cost now as last cashback at month 12, anyone know the cheapest monthly charge I can downgrade to for last 6 months as contract no longer needed .....Cheers

  • The cheapest option is Relax 50 (18) at £15 which gives 50 minutes at any time to any network.

I would advise that you do this very soon and get this done for your next bill cycle (usually you can only change price plan on your bill date).

Thanks brodders I did look at T mobile website but with all the different 12/18/24 month price plans wasn't sure what related to a downgrade...like for like?
Tried ringing 150 but the options are like wading through mud, will keep trying though.
  • john - sorry did a double check and the price I think I quoted was the Self Serve variant which CS may not be able to give you. The cheapest non-Self Serve variant is Free Time 750 (18) at £16. This gives 750 mins off-peak to landlines and other T-Mobiles and 50 texts.

Because you are on a 18 month contract, you have to stay within the 18 month contract range. Now that you are past the first 11 months of your contract, you can move to a lower monthly charge price plan.

Hopefully you will get through and get this changed for your next bill.
