From the information you have given us, CCCS are obviously wrong on this occasion. Go down to citizens advice, or call up national debt line.

Yeah the information is as it is.
We will talk about it more this weekend and I will phone the national debt line next week.
I know it's our debt and I am more then willing to repay what I can.
It just makes me angry that we had little amounts with some of them and cause of letters and charges and so on they just creep up. One was down to £85 and now because they only get £5 from cccs they are up to £380 again.
We are both upset about the situation but we have to keep going and find a way.
