Virgin Media Contract

Hi,
Currently on Virgin's cable package, but am moving home in July (when contract runs out). I read on their site that you have to sign for a new 12 months contract when you move house. I'm not prepared to do this, because I know for certain that I won't be staying in my new house for 12 months (only 9 months). With the price of the package, paying off the remaining contract when I move out, or taking another 12 month contract on top the 3 months remaining is not an option.
Do you know if any of there services, or retention deals are not on a 12 month contract.
I tried emailing them but surprise surprise no reply!
Many thanks,

all retention deals are 12mths... and no good emailing because it goes to a central office and not picked up straight away by relevant department. You need to give the moves dept a ring and explain what's happening.. they will be best to advise you of any potential penalties and if they can be waivered0
