best price i foudn for a uncapped service at that budget
everyone ele far too many complaints
my contract with aol ends 28th and wants to move asap
so need to migrate with the new on before that time..

I have been with Tesco bb since it started and have no complaints at all.
Its routed through NTL based in Manchester and the only "outage" I had was a BT problem in Manchester when it was down for about 24 hours.
They also have a "value" version now for just under £14
