You can freeze chicken twice, but only if it was raw the first time, and cooked the second time. Make sure it's reheated to at least 75 degrees C, though I always go for 85 degrees to make absolutely sureBulletproof0

While you're on the subject and while everyone's in chicken curry mode, could I ask a question? I've only just remembered i've got a takeaway chicken korma and rice in the fridge that my sister left in there on Saturday. :-/
I think I'll have to throw it but does anyone think it might still be ok to eat for lunch? ::)0 -

I wouldn't trust take-away chicken anyway even if its not days old ;D If you don't eat it at the time, don't risk it0

On the mince front, you can always bulk it out with veggies, such as carrots, celery etc. All part of your 5 a day.........................Sealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 declared0
