Can anyone explain what a wrap around cash isa is ?

ISAs are a tax wrapper themselves. So, you have savings account which is in an ISA or you have stocks and shares which are in an ISA.
There is a concept known as wraps where you have can have multiple tax wrappers and investments on a single platform. That could include a cash ISA but if thats all you have then a wrap would be pointless.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
