Hi, I'm looking to change from Orange (who are absolutely awful). I need unlimited downloads. I don't want to pay a set up fee and I'm getting rid of the phone line. Obviously I want the best for the cheapest price! Any advice?

If you are getting rid of the phone line (not quite clear why?) then your only options are Virgin Media cable service (if it's available in your area), or mobile broadband with a dongle. However the latter will be potentially very expensive if you need (and use) unlimited downloads, and your choice of supplier will be influenced by who can give you decent 3G reception at your address. No free lunch, and no free laptop

With BB you get what you pay for. And what you won't get now is unlimited downloads and cheap.
Pay your money and take your choice, of you want reliable and unlimited then be prepared to pay for it, if you want cheap then expect it to be unreliable and with download limits.0
