Is a large garden really worth so Much.

  • There is room to build another house in the garden or perhaps next to it.. There has been another house there before. Planning would possibly be unlikely to be turned down & I would be suprised if outline planning permission wasnt granted in the past.

    Its always going to be overpriced.

    The other house was on the other side, not where the garden is There used to be two houses together, the land where the other house was got sold year before last I think.

    Tell me, can you smell Parr from your ivory tower? Just a short five minute jaunt from the delightful village of Clockface and staggering distance from the sleepy parish of Marshall's Cross.

    I say that to everyone I work with as they are from eccleston and rainford. They all laugh about sutton as well.
