If none of the above have worked, then the only other thing I can think to suggest is to go to one of the other companies (like Virgin Media) get a quote from them on what they'll offer you to leave Sky, and if that's a better offer go back to Sky and say, 'look, Virgin is offering me this, will you match it?'
If they do then that's great and if not then give serious consideration to abandoning Sky.Proud to have dealt with my debts!

yep tried that too!
They just seem like they really cant be bothered dealing with you, does anyone have an email address for sky? i have skydigital@bskyb.com but everytime i send the email i get a reply from sky saying failure.0 -
Have you tried calling them? I'm surprised to hear they're being that hardassed with you to be honest. Mostly they're more willing to give than that.
I've never emailed Sky because I believe that calling them puts more pressure on them. It's easy to bash out a response on paper (well, on screen but you know what I mean) than to say no to someone in person.
If you're not comfortable with the haggling part of it, have you considered getting a confident friend to do it for you?Proud to have dealt with my debts!

We are moving to a new house and although I am with NTL they do not have a digital service.........its only 1/4 mile away from where we live now.....I rang sky and eventually got TV, sky + broadband and phone for £31.50 and no installation charge........

Received my confirmation for installation of sky+ for the 26th of this month. I'm well happy with free box, free installation & £17.50 month subscription for 2 selections. As I'm happy with my internet service provider & telephone company I chose to stick with them, even though I could have got them free as part of the sky offer.
Thanks once again to Bluenose5, my new best friend.:pThe bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
