Bookie, I am just back in from taking DD2 to school and DD3 to childminder, via doctor for blood tests for everything on the planet (although there is nothing wrong with me but doctor insisting on giving me blood tests before repeat prescription). Am now working from home today so will go and do my shake and sit down to start....

So off you go Bookie and do something you don't want to do for 30 mins and then report back. :rotfl:

    Pania and Z...thanks :grouphug:

I know it is all in the mind and stems from me being heavier than I used to be - I shall just have to get over myself......

Linda - You were wearing pink in Manchester and I am presuming that you only just got back from Manchester now despite me knowing to the contrary. Twas a joke. How you doing?

I'm fine thanks, haven't been on since Sunday, busy, busy, busy!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I'm thinking of starting my walks up again, I used to do them a lot before my hip got bad, I've never been able to run much since my op as a kid. But I loved doing my walks, just put the mp3 player in and just go. I once walked 7 miles in a huge circle all around liverpool. Took me 2 hours to do it, but I loved it.

Sorry - morning lovely friends! Gorgeous bright sunny morning here - but cold ! Much prefer that to gloomy grey and mild. XX

Lovely and bright here too, had my first sign that I am staying in way too much, open curtains and bright sunshine hurts my eyes, owwie!
