Things are great lenny thanks. I've been doing a little bit of work lately, just a few sessions to keep the chops up, but of course now loads of work is coming in and I'm struggling to say no to all of it. So it looks as if I am slowly going back part time, which is cool but I really do want to spend plenty of time with little L.

I also went for an interview/audition to do a Ph.D in music at the uni. Dunno if I'll get it, there are 2 places available and 67 applicants. I should know in a week or two. I'm really really hoping I get in, but being a woman might go against me to be honest, but on the plus side, I've far more touring and session experience than most of the other applicants and of course waaaaaay more talent :p Seriously though there are some pretty strong candidates so I'm not holding out tooo much hope.

lily is just the most adorable little thing. She's 15 weeks now and getting a smashing little personality. She is the happiest baby I've ever known full of giggles and smiles. She can chatter for England too. She really is the best little accident I've ever had.

Mrs Lenny must be getting close to popping soon (almost typed pooping then :rotfl: ) I bet you can't wait, how does Jack feel about being a big bro? Sorry to hear about your cat, it's so sad losing them eh.
Hey good luck with the PHD thingy, Im sure the fact that you ARE a woman will go in your favour. I started doing A-Level music at college and binned it when it turned out all we were doing was score reading and analysing; twas a far cry from our revolutionary O Level that me and my mate did. Mrs Len is due Mid-Apr and she is at the want it over now stage if you like. If I'm honest Im struggling to get with it, I've not really been around much since Aug last year but I am sure it will bite me once it turns upwhich might be via C-Section. Young Jack wants a sister (I think its easier to say for him lol)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Hey Lenny, just had a look via google about your half a chromosome thing and I can't find anything useful.
