i just looked up the diet and wow, you must have some will power girlie, there is absolutely no way i couuld only have 3 shakes and no food :eek::eek::eek:

no food at all, what happens when you reach your svelteness and start eating again??? then again you stomach might have shrunk so you wont be able to eat much
