This might be worth a try:

Namely, it is a MBNA card that offers points in connection with the Intercontinental hotel group. Holiday Inn is one of their main brands. If you apply for this card you can get 10,000 bonus points with your first card purchase. This number of points is enough to get a free night's stay at some Express by Holiday Inn hotels, worth £50 thereabouts. (I am basing this on a night's stay at the Hemal Hempstead Express by Holiday Inn.)
This card also offers a 9 mths 0% balance transfer. However, a handling fee is chargeable.
"2% handling fee (min.£3, max.£, max.£50) on: credit card cheques and balance transfers."
[max £50 is a bit steep, I think]
Once you have taken advantage of the bonus Priority Club points, it is possible to opt to convert points going forward from Priority Club ones to airline mileage points e.g. to Lufthansa miles & more.
Hope this offer will benefit someone!
PS For completeness, typical APR is 15.9%
