Using Internet Cafes?

Yes I have twice and both times as a result of going in an internet cafe.

It's OK saying Live a Little but I will never go into one of those places again especially in London. It took months to sort out both times.

I carried cash in a money belt in the states, no problem there when filling up.

All im saying is be careful, its just like you go to a restaurant have a meal
hand over your card and the waiter walks off with it.... next thing you know

I Hate to be the barer of bad news but albertross is right i work for a major company where im a tech i have to deal with things like this most day , and yes a couple about internet cafe keylogging is nasty and ive even know the cafe owner to be the offender !!!

I thought this thread had died a death.. but it's turned into a heated debate.

There was no criticism or judgement in my post, just a statement of facts about IT security.. I have no need to do any legwork, cos I'm not that interested..

Why don't you all disable your virus scanners, and live a little. Life's too short.
