A&L 5 year fix at 3.99% LTV 65% and no fees0

Thats a very good rate and is the first one I've seen that would make it worth coming out of our current fixed rate of 5.39% 4 years early0

I currently have a mortgage with Abbey, 5.85% fixed, it's due for renewal in July. Normally I would switch lender but they sent me a letter a few weeks ago saying I could switch/renew with them now if I wished. The deal they offered was 4.49% fixed for 3 years, with no fees, my LTV is about 60%. Does this sound like a good deal? I looked around and couldn't find anything better that didn't involve arrangement fees with other lenders.0

Is that the only legal fee's you will incur as I phoned today and spoke to an Advisor who advised me that the deal doesnt include remortgaging solutions-ie legal fee's, and when I asked what are the fee's she said Valuation and other things, so Im not sure how much this would amount to!:mad:Wedding on hold until 2011. Mummy to DD1 3/2/6 DD2 5/10/7! Mortgaged to my eyeballs!0 -
I asked the Abbey about how much the valuation and legal fees on that mortgage would be today and the advisor I spoke to reckoned about £1300.0
