  • Popped into Boots yesterday. No coupon for "Young Solutions" but 300 points when you buy No7 Intelligent Moisture or Endless Colour lipstick. Coupon only states "offer excludes price reduced lines" (and the usual ). Not sure if this would work with the current 3 for 2 offer on No7 i.e. 300 points x 3 (or 2?). They also have vouchers for half price No7 Intelligent Moisture lipstick - £4.25 instead of £8.50 (have a few going spare plus vouchers for half price No7 Lash Extensions Mascara/Waterproof Mascara for sae if anyone wants them - expires 03/02/05). Lovely assistant said that 3 for 2 offer on No7 could also be used with the half price vouchers but she didn't say just one. Half price voucher also states 1 coupon per transaction but would they notice? Or would the till notice ;)?) Imagine if you can get all 3 offers - 3 lippies for £8.50 plus 300 (or 900?) points: net price £5.50 (or -50p :D). Or even with one half price voucher: 3 lippies for £12.75 plus 300 (or 900?) points: net price £9.75 (or 75p). Too good to be true maybe :(? Think I may try my luck in Boots tomorrow :D.

Extra 150 points on every Boots 17 range lippy items at the mo. If you're lucky, you might find some in the red clearance bins - over the past few days I've found about 20 or so lip liners reduced to £1 & used some vouchers for £2 off £5 spent on 17 range (from giftsets bought with points!!)

I tried this at lunchtime, there were loads of £1 lip liners in the bargain bin - thank goodness I only put one through to check first as there weren't any extra points!

Beginning to get a bit paranoid... the Young Solutions points aren't available and there's no sign of any buy 1 get 1 half price No.7 vouchers either.

    Sulk :(

Strange - I found 3 more in the red bin today and got the bonus points fine. However, I tried using a £5 off £10 spend voucher (from a giftset) for no7 on 3 items on 3 for 2, which didn't work, even though I'd used one before for the same things! I've never seen any buy 1 get 1 1/2 price vouchers either - and the bleeping (sic!) advantage card machines are always out of order, so can't join in the YS game :(

eddit - A further thought about the 17 lip liners - If there's a sign (it's quite a small one) on the regular display, advertising the additional points, you could buy the reduced lip liners and then get the points added manually. I did this once when there was an extra 300 points on any Margaret Astor product and I found loads reduced but the extra points didn't go through. The Assistant happily added a load of points for me once I'd shown her the sign for the product.

just back from Boots - used 6 skincare vouchers for 6 lots of No7 Summer Sun gift bag sets which contain pre-holiday face serum, facial sun protector and revitalising facial aftersun, i went to six different cashiers using one voucher at a time - these are in the reduced suncream section 1/2 price from £9.75 to £4.87. Good pressies!
They had loads of xmas stuff about but pricing not clear, a bit messy really. The staff have actually started to remove it off the shelves onto the caged trollies - maybe all going back to warehousing? I was hoping to get one of the Golf game in long green box £20.00 reduced further. I even managed to get a wagamama wok and contents for £3.75, plus pizza/cutter/herbs for £2.00, and No7 make up in a black filofax type purse was £18 now £4.50.

And who ever posted about the green meal deal - triple sandwich for £2.60, diet coke 95p and large shapers choc orange rolls in tub for £1.99, all for meal price of £2.99, i am addicted, thank you!

Anyone know how much the Terrys choc oranges are in store?
    :D
