My new washing machine is possessed - help!

You would be surprised. Just based on personal experience but a mate of mine fitted his own washing machine around 2 years ago. He ran it without removing the transit bolts and it worked. It sounded like a 747 taking off and bounced all over the place, but it worked. I went round and removed the transit kit for him. Had a hell of a time. 2 bolts sheard, 1 bent so badly i had to cut it to get it out. The thing is, every manufacturer has different transit kits. Some more rigid than others
