So would I love to do it all again ! I would stay longer & get to know more people better- including you of course ! You are not a bad mother at all - we have to start letting them go a bit as they get near to High School age etc.Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. To be honest, I'm enjoying the one to one time with DD, who's 13. I've never been one to fuss and mollycoddle, and as you say, they've got to grow up havent they.

I shone a light in my sealed pot this morning as I lifted it for the first time in ages and it felt really heavy. There is about 1/5 left to fill and I reckon I'll be cracking it open around the time we go to Leeds :j"Stay Wonky":D
