And on a lighter note, I am back to work today.....bah humbug.....been awake since 4.30 which would be great if I had used the time effectively but I haven't but I have realised that my job is making me miserable......time to make a decision I think!

I have no really useful advice given that I'm a stay-at-home mum, but I was in a similar situation a long, long time ago. I did some long hard thinking and decided that the effects on my family and myself were just not worth putting myself through the agony of going to work every day. I found something else in a different field (it didn't work out), but eventually did fall into something perfect!

i was also up at 4;30 but i got bored so i went for a run, yes i know im a nutter,
going to do the kids lunches in a min, i nearly forgot to do them, DS reminded me 5/10 mins before leaving school, so i just threw in sausage rolls crisps, and biccys, not v heathly but hey, they know how bad my memory is, thats why i think they left it so late:rotfl:

drop kick brats to school then off for a swim methinks, stuff making the beds, they only get messed up again

You should pull the covers back on the bed anyway to let them air off in the morning. Helps air out the sweat & bedbugs and stuff. If you open the window even better!

Sammy, I know well enough that you have to do what you have to do, even if what you have to do isn't what most people would suggest.

I am up early to go to my medical, it's at 10 but it's like an hour to get there, hence up early with a cup of coffee.
