  • whilst you lot are merrily pooping your BR cherries I am still trying to fill the forms in!! (well maybe not merrily but i'm hope with some relief!)

Well done to everyone who has done it so far, looking forward to be an official member of the club - think i might be the last one of the month?

In section 1 of form 6.28 it mentions about being a director, or part of management for a company. I was made company secretary for my ex boyfriends company but they no longer trade and i dont think it made a profit but im not sure if they have officially wound it up. I wasnt part of the managemnt i was just a name on the form. should I put this in answer to question 1.17 or do i not need to mention it at all?

Don't ignore a problem. Unlike a bad smell, it won't eventually go away.
