Couldn't agree with you more! The customer service drove me mad! Nice deal their offering tho!!!...
(Haha they are actually having to pay people to be on their network now! I find that very funny!) :rotfl:Always remember your unique! ...Just like everyone else!:grouphug:0 -
I've been with 3 for over a year now. I've just renewed my contract. It's no worse than any of the other networks, except you get much better deals on 3!0

again - three bashing isn't that necessary, certainly not for contracts!
So far I've had very little problems - I've sent my phone back twice now after it has died (fair enough the phones are crap). They send out the kit same day so it arrives the morning after I ring and the phone is back two days later. I can't fault them.
Even when I had a problem with one of my bills they refunded me the difference after 5mins on the phone.
Transferring a number off three however was absolute hell, but if you don't expect to keep a number, no worries! = )Tim0 -
im counting the days to get out of a contract with three!!! by far the worst network i have been with and i have been with them all! customer service is disgusting to say the least, phone is utter rubbish, and reception is pathetic! " i wanna be the minority! " :dance:0

I think with 3 its a case of where you live and what u require from a phone. i have a nokia 6630 on 3. Phone is great does everything i want it to do plus the ability to have tom tom sat nav on it which is a bonus and a saving.
i have had no trouble at all with reception (this is around the doncaster area and derbyshire works fine for me). customer services have been super quick and efficient and getting money given to you for receiving calls is great. plus pricing is very clear and easy to understand, u can browse for free on the wap sites and it always pre warns u if it is going to charge you for anything and how much its gonna cost u.
I agree some people have had bad experiences with 3 but i have had bad times with orange, 02 and vodaphone. There all the same some are luckier than others with them. I would rate virgin though went with them 4 years before 3 with no trouble and customer service is great.0 -
i had a motorola which would not charge, rang them and told to pack it up for collection but not to send battery (????), retuned 4 days later with same problem, rang to complain and told to pack it up for collection without battery, sent it with the battery. this time they wrote it off and sent me a replacement, this one had a big crack in the screen and no screws holding it together, rang again, told to pack it up for collection, this time the same phone came back screwed together with a note saying that the cracked screen was not covered by warrenty. spent 2 hours on the phone befor they agreed a replacement, only took 9 calls and 4 weeks.
was promised a free month to cover the time phone was away, this never happened even though i made 4 calls chasing it.
most calls to me went straight to answer phone even when i had a full signal.
was promised on 7 occasions that someone would call me back, they never did.
and finally it took me 3 weeks and another 4 calls to get a PAC code out of them befor i left.
complete waste of time dealing with themWWSD(what would Scooby Doo)0 -
There is another thread about 3's WePay scheme, useful as this one seems to have become something else.0
