but doesn't mention the fact that I won't get my free gift until after the 2nd charge. That means I will pay £6 for the first 6 issues but have to pay another £15:36 for the next 6 issues before they will send the 'free' gift?

In case you are wondering it was the offer from the RED 6.00 subscription, earlier in this thread.

People have received this already, and the offer would have had a read through before appearing in the 'tips' email. Something may have changed and we may all be wrong with this but it does look like the gift comes after the £6 payment.

I thought the gift is supposed to arrive within 28 days after you first subscribe. Perhaps we should all wait.

The £6 lasts for the 1st six months which should give the free gift long enough to show, no?

Even if you pay £6 for the mag then the additional £15 then to my mind it is still worth it. I use this skin cream and usually pay £30 for the cream alone... I view this as buy skin cream get a magazine subcription free!

If you go through the link for the RED mag, it now says GIFT LIMIT REACHED.

I haven't received any email (or for the elle subscription).
I have a printout so I know I did it properly.

Has anyone else not had any email?
Is this normal?

I didn't receive any email either but had a print out, I had hit the wrong button so it looks like you have done the same, because of that I have missed out on the free gift. You can always email them and get them to check it for you.

I got a letter this morning from customer services, "The gift promotion with your subscription was a limited offer" etc. etc... "I am sorry for any disappointment that this may cause, but trust that this will not detract from the enjoyment of the magazine" I am now thinking of cancelling this sub, as it was intended for a gift for my mum..not the same without that lovely decleor skincare set.

I didn't get an email but I have managed to find my details on the site under "customer services" so I know it went through.
Doesn't show whether I get the gift though.
