I wouldnt risk it...even if they dont catch up with you, you'll be worried they will if it's something you wouldnt be able to afford full price. I think for peace of minds sake I'd ring them and have a chat. If it was signed for they are bound to catch up with you eventually

I ORDERED A GAMEBOY WITH GAMES FOR £130 FROM FREEMANS, THEY KEPT ME WAITING ABOUT A MONTH BUT WHEN I PHONED UP THE ITEM HAD BEEN LOST IN TRANSIT SO I HAD TO REORDER. I THEN HAD 2 DELIVERED ONLY A FEW DAYS APART SO SENT THE CHARGED ONE BACK THAT WAS A YEAR AGO. :kisses:

happened to us with a hoover we kept it a month to see if they would ask for the hoover/money back they didn't we sold it on we got good deal initially anyway so just passed saving onto someone else they were happy and so were we!

This is a forum for helping others and giving advice, not criticising them. I was sticking up for superjules - we have all done things we shouldn't have and been a bit naughty a times - hey, live and let live. (And watch you don't fall off that horse, it's a long way down)

I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING WRONG. I ORDERED AN ITEM AND WAS KEPT WAITING A MONTH FREEMANS DID NOT LET ME KNOW THAT IT WAS LOST IN TRANSIT, NO LETTER OR COMMUNICATION I HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO SEE WERE IT WAS. I ORDERED IT WELL IN ADVANCE AS IT WAS A PRESENT FOR MY 3 YEAR OLD SO HE WOULD NOT FEEL LEFT OUT ON THE BIRTH OF OUR 2ND SON AT THE START OF MARCH. I WAS INCONVENIENCED BY FREEMANS AS THE ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER THE BIRTH.

IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE STATEMENTS ETC.. HAVE THE CORRECT ITEMS ON NOT MINE, AND I AM NOT ABOUT TO USE AN 0870 NUMBER.

I AM AN HONEST PERSON I WOULD NOT STEAL FROM A SHOP, BUT AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED FREEMANS HAVE GIVEN ME THE ITEM AS A GIFT FOR ALL THE MISSING ABOUT.
