    True, but to grow to be the biggest they must have something about them. Plus, whilst opinion is just that, and by no means fact, any opinion that's backed up by experience can be helpful to those making a choice of which solicitor's firm to go for.

  • Check the Legal 500 rankings - that's what it was based on and own experience.

    However, I would always go on personal recommendation. You get good people at smaller, less well known firms and bad people at large, well known firms.
