    again, this is cyclical I think. I can't remember the exact circumstances, but you've said similar things before about him seeing you as nothing more than a sh*g. It was back in January when you 'did the deed' with the underwear ;)

    Hello Chris

    I've managed to power up the machine now but some of the keys are sticking, being a woman who isn't content with just throwing coffee over the laptop, running it under a tap to get rid of the coffee... and drying it on the radiator (which my husband has said is also bad (shrugs shoulders) I then decided to yank a few keys off in an attempt to 'fix' the problem. So, now i certainly need a new keyboard and the laptop could do with a bit of male care and attention.

    Touch wood though this is a rugged little thing and after an hour or two around the tumble dryer (only joking) it does still work so no motherboard required.

    Can you give me a price for the new keyboard and the laptop equivalent of a day in a spa (would use question mark key here if it still existed)

    I've also somehow managed to stick a load of stuff due for the dry cleaners in the washing machine. Hubby's wool suit will now fit lily and i now have some cashmere dish cloths Great!!

    One day I will show you my keyboard....:rotfl:i have issues with w and v......and my oh washes his keyboard regularly and he is a IT geek!

    He too is always surprised when it doesn't work!:p
