Sammy you have lost 19lbs!! :T well done - that's bloody amazing! You girls all looked GREAT. I on the other hand have spent the weekend in a daze of washing and nappies, what a glamorous life! But did someone mention Bristol...?0

Leeds first then Bristol....Daphne I am in danger of putting it allllll back on - currently working my way through a packet of custard creams...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Thanks hun - when the weather was good I was running outside and not really having too many breathing problems, it just seems to be the cold that triggers my asthma. I was quite pleased I only had to stop and take my inhaler once on Sunday though. My legs would have run a lot further (I did 7k on the treadmill last week so I'm managing to increase the distance, but it feels like such slooooooow progress sometimes!).Here missus, don't run before you can walk....just do a 5k....you did one on sunday:rotfl:nearly......you have a couple of months to build up to 10k.
I think you just need to introduce more of the outdoor running now so you can practise breathing and running...sounds a bit stupid but I used to run for miles and miles on a treadmill and then almost pass out when I started running outside..
As the weather gets gradually warmer, I'll increase the outdoor runs and decrease the treadmill runs, so that I'm ready for the 5k in May and 10k in June.

i shouldn't laugh! but that is a terrible thing to call your gorgeous boy! lol!!
How the hell are you honey?! well apart from being up to your armpits in linen and nappies!
Erin was sick on saturday night, in my bed, down Big G's back... (while i was safely 350miles away!) G doesn't do vomit, he wretches at the thought of it, but when i came home yesterday all the bedding was stripped and on the washing line! amazing huh!??
no other washing was done, and the new bedding wasn't on, but i figure at least the puke-y stuff was done!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Well, it's always good to loose a few pounds, I am one of the lucky girls who has a ridculously tiny waist but nice rounded hips and boobs. Used to be a pear shape when I was 16 but now I am an hour glass.
Sammy - might be on to something there, I don't eat if I am stressed out, but I did have mumps and I ate practically nothing then coz I had no appetite, so now I feel better in both senses, maybe I'll put it back on.Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen.
