    Morning :D

I'm still tired, but feeling better than I did yesterday

Snaggs, hope you get the situation sorted.

Bunny, hope you and DH are soon speaking again.
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Morning, feeling very very tired this morning, everything seems like such hard work!

I've got loads to do today too, mainly cleaning (booooooring), and I need to map out a 10k walk for Sunday - I hate walking but I need to start doing the 10k distance to get used to it, and I can't run that far yet.

Have a good day everyone :)

(Got a bit of a weird situation to sort out today too - so I might be a bit fed up later. :o)

Here missus, don't run before you can walk....just do a 5k....you did one on sunday:rotfl:nearly......you have a couple of months to build up to 10k.

I think you just need to introduce more of the outdoor running now so you can practise breathing and running...sounds a bit stupid but I used to run for miles and miles on a treadmill and then almost pass out when I started running outside..
