    Len you need to motivate yourself with a goal to aim for...whether thats to burn 500 cals a day, run 3 times a week or run a 10k. This is the ONLY way that I get out of bed and go running. Get on fetcheveryone.com and map yourself out a route for the next time you can go running. You can then log it all on there and I (and Maz) will be able to check up on you :)
