    Len I am not qualified in any shape or form to give dietry advice...since I started running (which I did to get fit and loose weight) I have put on over half a stone :mad: and am at my heaviest for a long time.

    I was knackered yesterday getting round the stations etc. imagine doing that after 10K :eek:

    Aww yes, he's gone Beanie. He was so excited, bless him. I was stood by the coach to wave him off, and he just ran past me, lips puckered. He didnt stop, so I got a sort of snail trail kiss/friction burn across my cheek :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Much rather that way, than him being upset tho ;)

    Will sign up in the morning when I've cleared it with DH. I did speak to him this morning, and he was in the same 'no regrets/live life' frame of mind he was in last week when he told me to book into Days :D :T
