I thought that about Bookie and Ellie too Len - I'd seen photos of Bookie so I knew she wasn't as old as she says :rotfl: but El always reckons she's a lot older too, and she looked far far younger than I'd expected!

No you won't cos we will be together and just as evidence of my not fittness, you know when we first walked to the pub? I was ok, but when Pepe and me walked Lou to the station I had dreadful trouble keeping up and was knackered when we got there! I can walk slowly for hours, but speedy I am NOT.

I have never run, ever not even in school, my pe teachers hated me no matter how much they shouted I would not go faster then a slow jog;)

    xxxx

Mine hated me but they made me run just to get rid of me.......

I would have to go home later the same day, I couldnt stay over on the Sunday night. What if I'm that knackered, I cant make it to the train and need to be driven on one of those mobility scooters :rotfl: :rotfl:

Len I am not qualified in any shape or form to give dietry advice...since I started running (which I did to get fit and loose weight) I have put on over half a stone  and am at my heaviest for a long time.
You would think all this running would help but I just end up eating and grazing and thinking ah Fluck it I'll burn it off when I run. Obviously im eating WAYYYYY too much :rotfl:
