Orange Upgrade - Help

My current contract is 9 months up and orange offers are now shown in my account. Unfortunately the details are not clear. One of the offers shown is 1/2 price for 6 months. But it does not say I will get a new handset etc.,. I don't know if I press CONFIRM button, I will be shown more details.

For new customers, one of the offer shown in orange shop is Samsung D600e + 1/2 price for 6 months + £50 Credit + Blue Tooth Headset. Since orange says "Our Customers First", will they give me the same deal for me also?.

It helps me, if I upgrade, because I have £45 airtime cashback for the 12th month from Dialaphone for the current contract.

This page http://www.orange.co.uk/terms/Youraccount_offers_terms.html shows lot of discounts. Can I avail any of them + above Samsung D600e offer and get a better bargain?.

i work for orange and have just called upgrades giving them the problem you have - obvioulsy no number mentioned

they advise your options are -10% discount on his line rental OR free weekend calls for 6 months. Both of these include an upgrade although this ties you into an 18 month contract.
The other option is to take half price line rental for the next 12 months (tied in) with no upgrade, so you keep your existing handset

hope this helps - would maybe call 146 from your handset to clarify

my 12 months are up in about 3 weeks with orange

want to stay with orange and hoping to get a good deal so i don't have to go pyg and then come back as new customer

i like the d600 is there a better phone than this with same/similar features?

I spoke to Customer services and they are only offering either Free Weekend minutes or 10% of line rental for Upgrades.

They accept that new customers get better offers, and I would get better offers if I sign-up as a new customer or move to other network. Well, I will move to O2, when my contract is up.
