I've done a lot of gardening today but not much else. I now know where I go wrong - the sun comes out and go out into it!

Had a friends girls until after tea too as she is in hospital.

DS2 is better this evening and ate his dinner. I feel ok but still have waves of pain and feeling queezy - must just be a bug.

Phil - thanks for sharing, I wish you well with your decision. Could you encourage your wife to put a few bits one bay - you'd probably get more than at a boot sale and the process would then be started.

Must ring SiL before beaver pickup. I haven't gone to visit Nan in case I take a bug into the hospital. Then time to check in with my new found techie friends.

thanks phil and commiserations on your situation - stress and depression is not easy - many of us on here suffer so you are in good company! thanks for sharing - I hope you get back to where you were/want to be -hopefully getting your end date will be a start foryou.
You made a good start today :T - it takes a while to get into routines but I am sure you will be using your time well - but dont be a recluse - its not good for you! we have several teachers on here so you will relate well to their situations!
As dusty suggested - ebay would be a good place to start and you could easily master it while you are at home - its amazing what people will buy and it is far easier than standing in the cold on a sunday morning!!
Its also nice to see/hear of a man taking an interest in the house and the saving money - be sure to pass on any good tips wont you!!!
ZCC72 we dont use the word f**lure here - its a swear word!!!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I would say you got a bargain - but you are banned from doing any more of it until your daily list is done!! i think I will have to check up on you!!!!:D
flower (((hugs))) angel -you ahve certainly had your problems with DS but now ... as well as his school work you need to get him roped in at home - maybe if he realises that he cant just laze around at home he might well buck iff ....if he gets another chance at school/college that is.
    quillion WTG!!!:T :T
betty blue - but now you have a list to do so you will be more focussed - well done!:T :T
dusty glad Ds is a bit better - dont you dare catch it! good luck with the virus:eek:
G&B hope DD is better today
sorry but for the life of me I cant remember who the other poorly LO was - hope they are feeling better.

Oh cooeeee Toots - a star please! I have flown in the kitchen and done my personal chores

The DW so far is behaving itself mostly. It did have a dodgy half hour or so when it said it STILL had 130 minutes to go and then within 10 minutes had jumped down to 86 minutes to go... But, I had a sneaky peak and at least it has done some washing instead of just spitting out the powder and doing nothing! Only another 12 minutes to go before I find out if it's actually completed the job...

[STRIKE]As well as the kitchen,[/STRIKE] I need to:
    • [STRIKE]Invoice[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Speak to upstairs about insurance[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Pay elec bill[/STRIKE]
I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
