Evening all
Blimey I was expecting to see a shiny new fred but see Pigpen is still not back from Crufts yet.
We have had a good day, Sunday school this morning and then a very lazy afternoon. Got homework done when we got back from Church and then after lunch Miss A came on here to chat to her friends on MSN and play some games, W played his Thomas game on Miss A's pc (not networked for the net yet). Then after Miss wore the mouse batteries out (which are part charged now!) We listened to some of my old tapes from when I was a teen and making my own compilations from the charts on Sunday afternoons :rotfl: cringeworthy in quality but great fun all the same. That was all started because the kids love the 118 ads on TV and I knew I had Ghostbusters on tape somewhere, still to find it mind! Have decluttered some of them to the bin though as most of the stuff is either on CD or I'm not worried about it.
Greenbee I think it was you asking about ISA's, if you have not used your ISA allowance this tax year then you have until 5th April to do so. If you don't use it you LOSE it. Then 6th April onwards you have next years tax allowance. £3600 for a mini cash ISA at the mo. If you put funds in and then need them out it is not a problem (assuming you choose a penatly free one). Also if you have ISAs from previous years and want to combine them into one then make sure you do a 'transfer of provider' and do not close the individual ones down as you lose the tax free status if you do. I know what you are saying princess but I have never been for one reason or another and have really got into craft type things so was wanting to go to this one - of course my toxic friend was meant to be taking me but that would have been out the window! Ah well as you said I still have the money.

Evening all - trying to type with notepad on Jaikies back - he won't move off my lap!!
Kazwookie - and others,re seed trays - I noticed that my local garden centre has a bin for recycling plastic pots - if yours does the same, might be worth a quick look! You may get some funny looks, but then again, I have no shame.....
Gratefulforhelp - I have History, Economics, Politics, Geography, English and Criminal Law A-levels, which I hope would cover a wide enough range of topics for entry! I have also just done a Biology gcse, to see what they are like these days (got an A*, which is ridiculous as I took it blind - it seemed more like political indoctrination and environmental issues to my mind!). I also have extra activity skills to offer, eg cooking, knitting, music, spanish, so I need to put it all into a coherent profile, and hope that someone offers me a place! Crikey, looking at it all written down, I'd train me!!:D
Glad to meet all the other Lakeland fans. I get so excited when I get their catalogues in the mail! I always stop, make a coffee, read it from cover to cover, mentally spending hundreds on items that live in my dream kitchen.
Then I wake up.
Looking forward to new thread, catch allyou lovely people tomorrow...*sending positive money, stop smoking, share-prices up, health, good luck, do your dishes vibes to all in need*:A FLY FIRST, KNIT LATER :A0 -
