I found some flashing collars reduced down to £2 at my local garden centre - bargain!
In my experience, Safety Halo flashing callars don't really show up too weel - and tend to get lost
If you can find the cyclists flashing armbands they are the best bet (you can extend them with a bit of elastic for a larger dog - I have used them on German Shepards and Labs) as they are the brightest, and ususally the cheapest!0
