Best way to change from BT

Hello all
I want to change from BT to either O2 or Talk Talk with the least hassle and down time. I need to have a package with unlimited or large download allowance.
I use internet TV and Radio a lot so want to avoid having a long time without BB during the change over.
Can anyone advise me as the best way of doing this?
Many Thanks in advance for any advice.

Call BT and ask for a MAC (migration authorisation code) then within the next 30 days pick another ISP tell them the code and leave it to them
TT ( i think) have a 40gb/month download limit which you can double to 80gb for an extra £4 per month on top of their standard price
O2 i think is unlimited within the terms of their fair usage policy
BT may offer you a better deal than the one you are on to retain your buisness0 -
You won't have a long downtime. At best a few minutes, at worst a few hours.
Depending on whether you can get it LLU on your exchange I would go for o2 every time, however if you want it bundled with a phone package then TalkTalk might be worth a look. Check out samknows.com to see what other ISP's are LLU on your exchange, as this is where the best deals are.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Thanks for the info folks,
Will check out that website and see if I can find any good deals. It's reassuring to know I wont be without BB for too long :0)0
