Hooray got my first pinkie today, havnt been bootsing for ages (at least 2 weeks)
Managed to get the Olay Definity GWP with Definity Illuminating cleanser £5.82 paid at managed tills, they did not bat an eye.:j :j
Also picked up lots of Mcleans toothpaste reduced to 64p and Oral B toothbrushes at 69p.
Still no sign of putting sets. :mad:0 -
Popped into Barrhead tiny branch - they had about a dozen foundations on glass stand at front doors, almond was marked down to £3.50, rest were £7 - tan and a darker one. All too dark for my skin so left it.0

Hi - was wondering if the facial is totally free?? Also is it done in private or in the store with customers milling around?? I just used the scrub and it's lovely. Not sure of the price for the full size, I expect it is quite pricey but you don't need much of it so should last ages. Many thanks x
I think a facial usually has a £15 booking fee which is then redeamable against anything in the range - this voucher makes it free.
no hard sell either, which I was a bit disapointed about as I had prepared all sorts of excuses as to why I could not buy anything :rotfl:
It was done in the store but I went in the morning and it wasn't too busy, she made me feel very comfortable and if nothing else it gave passers-by a laugh seeing me sitting there in my green face mask!
It is very expensive (Dr Weil day cream £44) but Outrageous_Monkey told me that boots often have points or deals on it, so I shall wait and see, when I've finished my No 7 stash :eek:0 -
i bought a reduced foundation yesterday(probably half price today!!!) and SA let me use my perkie and manually added the 250 from gwp afterwards.....shes lovely:D:beer: Am thinking of a new one:beer:0

On topic, anyone know any good products at BOOTS to stop my Husbands horrendous snoring?
I have to agree with minimoneyme - only earplugs can help in my experience (or a different room : even better!:rotfl: ). The cheapest place to buy earplugs is ebay and I find them better than the foamy Boots ones that I have tried before.0 -

YMC - I am sorry if you feel that I have made a "snide remark" - I thought I was quoting a remark that had been made by yourself, though I didn't name you, and referred to you as "someone".
Do you not think it was hurtful to intimate that all those who posted on Grabbit had nothing else in their lives but look for cheap shampoo? Sorry if it was meant as a compliment, but I didn't read it like that.
If I have misconstrued your intention, I apologise profusely, but I can't find an element of praise in your statement, which to me sounded disparaging - so please enlighten me.
As I have Breast Cancer, and my husband is disabled and suffers from Multiple System Atrophy, I do have more than enough to worry about than cheap shampoo, but I find the friendliness, harmony and helpfulness of the Grabbit posts takes my mind off the weary drudge of Real Life.
Also, you obviously didn't read the many posts I made on Refugees, and the reason I stopped posting was because of what I, and many others, felt - that we were intruding.
But I did continue to read the posts and, when I thought relevant, thanked the poster - up to the Last Post.0 -
Sorry forgot to also say my local boots had a stand full of reduced herbal essence shampoo reduced to a 22p, typical they bring them out now when the 100 points offer has ended, I searched high and low for them when the offer was on, and my local said if they are not out they have all gone (what liars).:mad:0

Hi YMC
