PS Just as an aside, the Sensitive PVC gloves last for aaaaaages, well worth buying and under £1 too if you're in the HC. Much better than rubber gloves that always get holes in after a few uses.0 -
Had several Anti Fatigue sets @ £3.67, no offers of BOGOHP/BOGOF.
Upstairs on the back wall.0 -

You can also drink the tea, not just sniff it, lol!
As for the 2 fragrances I mentioned..
They are quite light and kind of fresh/ green IYKWIM.
You could go and try them at the Boots Fragrance counter and it may help you get an idea
of how the Bergamot Wash smells. I also have the Extracts Mango Wash....
It smells lovely...But its been put at the back of my stash of shower gels etc...
It must wait patiently in line until I am ready to use it...
Might be quite some time, as it is waiting behind some S&G of various types, Sanctuary,
Original Source Mint (Just heavenly!), Natural collection, etc, etc :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -

Was looking at the reduced stand and calculating when SA came and ripped the "use your 5.00 voucher on this" and went away. Found her later and casually asked what she had taken and she said they were "just" told that perkies (my term not hers!) couldn't be used on reduced items.
BTW - found myself instinctively drawn to looking into baskets - even when it's not even Boots.
<<< Note to self: must train brain to switch off Boots mode. >>>
Oh what a shame! If you would have had one full price item and then two reduced it would have gone on 342 and you would still have been able to use perkie cos it would have come off the full price product.
I was told that the perkie wouldn't work if I got 3 reduced items.
Looking at my receipts I can confirm this (i think) because on one receipt I got wipes and something else which wasnt reduced (cant remember at the mo) and where it says £5 redeem voucher it says (off the wipes and the other product). But on my second receipt where I have the wipes and two reduced items, the £5 redeem says only off the wipes, even though it was all No7.0 -
Dear all, thanks for all the information posted here...really enjoyed it.
I have a question about the extra points offer printed from ACM machine instore, i.e. 300 extra points when spending 35 pounds, and I also got a money off coupon, i.e. 5 pounds off when spending 25 pounds in store. I would like to use them together in one transaction, anyone knows if the 35 pounds spend (to get 300 extra pts) is before using the 5 pounds off coupon or after? If after, I will have to spend at least 40 pounds in total to get the extra 300 points? or could i give SA the extra points offer to have it scanned first, then the money off coupon, does it work this way? many thanks.0 -

Just check when you get the voucher that you can use more then one coupon, sometimes they will say on the small print "one coupon per transaction" or "cannot be used with another coupon" - can ruin many plans!
I would if your able to use both, get the points first- then pay at the end with vouchers and etc. It shouldn't really matter but if it does, think of it as paying being the final thing you do- just like if you were buying, getting your clubcard/necar points from tesco/sainsburys with your card, then paying at the end, same thing with boots, paying is the final bit you do, and I presume the £5 off is a method of payment- however partial.0 -
balletshoes wrote: »Hi folks,
Had a decent shop in Boots Derby Westfield today -
Clearance is rubbish, all I could find was a few tubes of McLeans toothpaste. Same tired No7 that has been on the same stand for the last 2 months.
But - there are Extracts minis (still on 1/3 off), Botanics mini-facial sets at £1.84, Vichy GWPs, and loads of the black Artist Collection vanity cases. Also a really good range of the new No7 accessories (aren't those keyrings cute).
I did 2 shops, both included Extracts minis, Vichy GWP, clearance toothpaste. I made up both shops to £5 (one with my lunch meal deal), so got 2 perkies, as well as using acm and mag vouchers on each shop for the Extracts.
Spent £11.24, earned 2 perkies, and 618 points.
No new offers for me at the acm, but OH got the free re-usable bag one, so I trotted off to the tills and got that too.
Oh, and on my way home I popped into my teeny Boots round the corner from my house - and picked up 2 stage 3 Smiles kids toothbrushes for 20p each.
Ha ha, I was there on Wednesday too, must have been walking round with my eyes shut to bargains:rotfl: I didn't see any No7 Artist collection things - good job, as I really don't need one, didn't see Vichy GWP, although I don't know what I'm looking for on that, did see a Vichy skin test desk.
I did look at the accessories as I had a couple of Perkies to spend and got given another one yesterday. I wanted another glasses cse, but they didn't have one. I only spent one perkie on another keyring and also bought another Extract mini with the two coupons.
EDIT - By the way, I forgot to say that for anyone looking for things to buy to get the Elizabeth Arden £10 worth of points for buying 2 EA things, they have a small EA clearance stand by the EA counter, opposite fragrances. It has a few bits and bobs on starting around £7 odd and going up to £11 odd, some foundation I think, lip gloss, body wash? etc.0 -

Decided to head into Boots this morning and try out 342-perkie combo-lo and behold, 342 signs everywhere there were stil GWPs out and some new No7 clearance. Now last week, this wouldn't have bothered me as I was only interested in reduced stuff and couldn't get them with the perkie, now however...:D
So...
Shop 1
No7 4 in 1 wipes £6.40
No7 STayperect lip lacquer reduced to £4.75
No 7 Stayperfect lip colour Grace reduced to £4.65 NOW 0.00p (342)
-Perkie=£1.40 for wipes
Total = £6.15 for all three, plus another perkie
Shop 2
No7 make up sponges £3.9x NOW 0.00p (342)
No7 stayperfect lipstick reduced to £4.65
No7 reduced foundation compact £6.35
-Perkie-took off £4.65 for the reduced lipstick???
Total £6.35 plus another perkie
So, has anyone tried a perkie with ONLY reduced items (I realise it's SA dependant lol) or is the secret that if your non-reduced item is also the cheapest, the till is forced to take the £5 off a reduced item?
Brain hurts, but good bargains
Hi
can I ask, the reduced lipsticks, were they on a clearance stand or on the normal No7 stand ? Grace is my favourite colour, so if these are being reduced I'd be very interested. Please let me know if anyone spots these at reduced price in any of the Reading/Maidenhead or Marlow shops. Thanks !0
