some mediteranean on clearance for 2.76. i didnt buy them but i got home and realised it would have been a 1/3 off aswell :(
but got 4, 120packs of makeup remover pads for 50p. sorry only left 2. but bought 4 as they are for me and my sister-make-up removing, toner, nailpolish removinge etc. so we use a lot.

and when people buy stuff from .com to pick up instore do they pay one they are instore? and do you just go to a till and say i ordered this online? or do you go to a specific till? :)

thankyou. gonna stock up on h&b mags for extracts vouchers and buy some mini extracts :)

Hi all. I took a trip to Bedford retail park today and there was no clearance at all that I could see, and I walked round enough times to notice if it was there.
    .

Hi, I pop in here a bit too often, and they have the strangest clearance tactics I have ever seen! The clearance is an end of aisle display, which moves around the store at a whim seemingly, and some days is not there at all. Whats even stranger is that when it reappears it still has the same old stuff on, so its not disappearing due to lack of stock  TBH I suspect something is afoot here, as I noted staff asking other staff about clearance items, then appearing with laden baskets which they then went and purchased themselves. Made me a bit cross, bargains are for sharing, not hogging, so haven't been back since!!!
On another note, where were the nail buffers please? Want one of these for my mum and have obviously walked past it umpteen times!!
  • Can someone explain to me exactly what this thread is all about please ??

Ive only just started looking at this thread and whats it all about ?

They were reduced by clearance sticker, not on sel. Mine defintely went through 342 each time. 1st time pack of wipes + HydroQuench pore serum + Sunkissed Mousse bronzer with the bronzer free on 342. 2nd time pack of wipes + advanced hydration day fluid +High lights illuminating powder, with the high lights free on 342.

used £5 vouher each time too

I was browsing instore today and all No7 (cosmetic and suncare) had 342 and "use your 5.00 voucher on this" notices - even on the reduced items. Was looking at the reduced stand and calculating when SA came and ripped the "use your 5.00 voucher on this" and went away. Found her later and casually asked what she had taken and she said they were "just" told that perkies (my term not hers!) couldn't be used on reduced items.

BTW - found myself instinctively drawn to looking into baskets - even when it's not even Boots.

<<< Note to self: must train brain to switch off Boots mode. >>>
