BTW, on my last shop I gave my 250 points voucher from the Nail & Manicure Set (so pretty!), so was "paid" £1.29 to take the Eye Makeup Remover away! :j :j :j
Had a rough add up and, including lunch, my goods should have cost £123, and they've cost me in Boots logic, um, er, £6.50!!!! I gave Dee my unexpected GWP as well, and she's just phoned to say she's now feeling much better, and could I perform some more miracles on Saturday!
Perhaps a Clarins consultation or two!

Just visiting quickly with a man's-sized triple-layered box of tissues (£1 in a bogof
) for:
msmoo, Tiara, Triker (because she was not only touched, she is touched :rotfl: ) Jellybaby, flumpster67 and jamsandwich - just in case, 2 for Need a Break (hope you feel better soon x) just two layers for Karen Mac - I think she's hovering lol, 2 for sweeny - that's tissues not layers
half a box for *JT* ('cos she likes a bargain
) and the other bogof box for anyone I've forgotten, stragglers, or anyone that needs them.x
Didn't mean to make anyone cry with the poem btwjust to make them think ....
geordie_lass - my friend the nurse sent me it once before a few years ago, and she said they had a copy of it up in her office too. It's very thought-provoking, and if it's any consolation to you blubberers :rolleyes:it still makes me cry
(Btw, this thread has really spooked me out with some really weird coincidences, and one was that I mentioned your Jenny Joseph poem to another friend just this morning! *gulp* lol)
No massive bargains today peeps, but every SA was so nice, it was unreal.(Nothing to do with the three survey splits either lol) It made a nice day even nicer.

Well another great day that started out quite dismally, but turned into a triumph!
Over came the Manager, apologising profusely, asked if we'd like a coffee on ths house, removed our bill and came back with 2 coffees and exactly what I'd paid for the food - £7.85 - refunded! Who said there's no such thing as a free lunch! :T"Whatever"!
What a great shop Sandra, you certainly come back with a lot more than you started with. :rotfl:
Can you pass on a few tips please.~ What goes around comes around ~0 -

So we've decided to do Chelmsford on Saturday!
BTW regarding the post on Refugees - I don't know if I was meant to respond, but all I'll say, in the words of Catherine Tate, is - "Whatever"!
xx
LORDY...you won't be hard to miss in Chelmsford Town!:rotfl: I shall have a look out for you.....:hello:0 -

Sweetie, I consider I've done the impossible by learning how to text, and by doing double quotes - there is no way I could upload a picture!!
However, if you're going to Beckton, for some amazing reason these are locked in the perfume cabinets next to the till. Which gives others some idea of the prices at Beckton - a £4 item is locked in the cabinet!!!:rotfl:
I can't find them on dot com - I expect they've been discontinued, but they are in black satin, zipped, about the size of the current GWPs, and have vertical pleated satin, topped with a horizontal band, and the very top is black with blue and white flowers.
They perfectly match the Eye & Brow kit set, which I bought in the 75% sale, so I shall be giving both to a friend who has a birthday just before Christmas, as the 2 gifts will compliment each other!
The zippy part opens up to reveal:
4 mini No 7 Stay Perfect (though we know it doesn't) varnishes
A pair of scissors
Nail clippers
Something called "A Manicure Multi Tool
An emery board, also black with blue flowers
For £1.50, in Boots logic, you can't go wrong! :T

Heavily snipped - sorry.

We used to take Dee's Granny Trolley, but we had so many tut-tuts from peeps on the London trains, whereas no-one blinks an eye even if you have a suitcase the size of the Titanic!!
We both have arthritis in our arms, and as you know, a few spray cans of this, and a few bottles of that can weigh an awful lot!
