I see there are a few posts here that need to be moved out to the appropraite forum but as a proportion of all the topics started in all the forums I'm sure it's a very small amount. You'll never reach 100% of posts being placed in the correct place.
If someone is going to scroll down through a long list of forum topics and and interpret "Site Feedback: Questions & suggestions" as the best place for their question, I'm not sure there's much that can be done. If they're ignoring the other forums, a sticky here probably won't grab their attention either.0
