Just to say that my partner who was blatantly illegally dismissed from his job (in my opinion and according to CAB/Legal Aid solicitor/ACAS), has at last been offered a date for his Employment Tribunal. Waiting since application made back in April. So, it's a long slog.
I posted a query about needing advice for tribunal and very helpfully londondulwich shared info about two services who provide free representation in some circumstances so thought I'd post this here.

Anyway, best of luck to anybody having a tough time.Thank you to all who contribute to all of this super site:smileyhea !
