I know they did it twice too - i was like !!!!!!? The lady dr did it 1st which wasn't that scary - then like an hour later a male dr did it again - a nurse held my hand - not cos it hurt cos i was numb - but cos it was just horrible a man doing it. xxxx

I don't mind a male doctor, but in some cases a female doctor is a must.
It is a scientific fact that your body will not absorb calories if you take it from another person's plate.

Phew! It's taken me all day to catch up on comps added since Thursday lunch time. But it's done and I'm happy coz I've entered to win loads of prizes... I've got to win at least one of those comps!!! :rotfl:

Our exercise bike is broken. Question is should we replace it with another bike or something else? Hmmm.

I don't mind a male dr if i know them and have seen them before. But in cases like that i would of preferred a female - i just couldn't fathom why they did it twice. Oh well over and done with now.

The bike is really OH's, he uses it quite a bit. I use it when it's chucking it down (I'm a fair-weather runner!!)... for cardio really.

My target areas are my legs (thighs mainly), bum, stomach for fitness and inch-loss, and arms for strength building. I'm short so even though I'm not fat I am out of proportion! Ha ha!

I enjoy rowing and thought about buying a rower but don't know how much I'd actually use it as I can run/cycle outside.
