Good afternoon all - just got back from a night at the OH's - we just chilled out watched sat night TV and had a pizza. Nothing special but i really needed it.

It cheered me up a bit getting out of the house - i am really starting to feel down, getting fed up and feel like i am a pain to everyone - My OH especially. I feel like he is getting fed up of me - maybe i am just paranoid from all the tablets and stuff i am on - but just feel feel low. I know i sound so silly as there are people on here going through far worse things than me..... just needed to get out how i feel. Sorry all.

Anyway enough of that - congrats on getting the keys gemma.

Am home alone at the mo as my parents have gone to Bruge (sp) til wednesday - my brother lives here too but no idea where he is! Lol

Ok chris, you're the garden expert... what likes thick horrible clay instead of nice fine soil?!?! The roses in the garden seem to love it... but I'd like some lower coverage too...

Cathy, ive got a fab School PTA como to post later -thought of you when I found it! Ive had to go and buy some things for ours today too! The Marcus Wareing cookbook, from the freebies board is going into the raffle at the summer fair too - Ive got a irish stew in the slow cooker, meat from the butchers as im boycotting tescos meat for a while! Now im comping and ebay lisiting while DD sleeps and DS plays with hubby for a while xx

If there is one thing that my friends in the inn have taught me it is to never feel guilty for feeling down. Others will always be going through different things, but how you feel matters. I can't imagine being in the amount of pain you're in all the time katie, and I wish you all the love and hugs you need to get you through this time. When do you next see the drs? Have they made a definite diagnosis yet?

I'm heavy clay, and most things seem ok as long as you dig over really thoroughly before planting - foxgloves like clay I think, and I know geraniums do because I've got loads of different ones (not the horrible annual pelargoniums that people call geraniums, the proper old fashioned perennial ones) I've got a couple of ground cover geraniums that flower pretty much from May-December

I should be gardening today but im getting the house sorted instead! I dont think DS will be in school tomorrow cos hes been sick so I will do the garden tomorrow and he can help as im sure he will be fine! Went to a garden centre yesterday and I really wnat some new furniture, I will have to try and win some! LOL x
