It's like if you google the syndrome that i have it comes back with all these terrible pictures and stories about it which to be honest dont help anyone... when ever i have to explain to my friends about my cojndition ( which my little girl has inherited ) i always tell them not to do to much internet research into it coz it just ends up freaking them out... plus if you believe everything you read on these medical sites then i should be / will be soom a lot worse then i am.
i know not knowing is horrible but no diagnosis is better then a wrong diagnosis yeah??HTH

wokkies - I keep the door locked when I'm on my own, but when I have visitors, I don't lock it. Even though the building's secure, I like to feel safe and thats the easiest way for me:o I feel a bit daft locking it, but you never knowBest wins since June 08: 2xNikonD60, 2xBrothers Cider, £330 SwanJackpot, £100 Garden Vs, £50 Espirit V, £750 BigSnap2, Wiifit, zoo tix, 7xCadburys, 5xGlamour, IOWTix, Dell Laptop, 3xIpodNano, £100 Highstreet Vs, Digi VideoCamera and more small bits, REAL DEAL £2400! :jRIP Dad 1943-20090 -
Question for you all, Do you have your door locked all the time, we mainly have ours locked cos of little woks he just shoots out the door if he knows its unlocked but also cos we dont like people just walking in, plus where we used to live if you didnt have your door locked people would just walk in and take stuff, like when mr woks was working on his car once, he had a big spotlight and came in the house to plug it in and came back out and it had gone, looked out the front window and there was a teenager walking off with it after cutting the wire, mr woks went and got it back off him though:D
Wokkies,
Would have served the teenager right if Mr Woks had just turned on the power when he cut through the wire, i've not experienced anything as obvious as that but I Always keep the doors locked even when we have visitors cause you dont know who is around at any time. But then i also turn off all the plugs, lights etc whenever i leave a room so thats not very security minded.Thoughts:

Ditto the above
Though I do remember when we could leave the door open and if it was closed the key would be hanging on a string, you just had to pull it through the letter box, now I've well and truly shown my age0 -
