madasafish phone number?

Hi, we successfully migrated to madasafish yesterday and everything was fine until this morning when we lost our internet connection. We looked everywhere for a non 0870 number and could ot find it so eventually had to use it and spent about hour and half on the phone toay, most of it waiting in a queue! Hubby was not told complete password so had to phone back again tonight, spent another 30mins in a queue. They told him there was no alternative number.

Anywy, its all sorted now and as you can see we are connected again :grinheart

Does anyone know of an alternative number for them. We really hope this isn't a bad sign of things to come from them!

Im just migrating away from them due to the 5gb limit and #2 charge per extra gig.

However, their service is reliable - No alternative No but if you e-mail they used to phone me to my mobile - very good customer service.

Thanks for that. will try e-mailing them because we got a new problem now. Every time we turn the computer off the internet closes down and we have to re-connect.
