Royal & Sun Alliance ISA

My wife asked me to see what I could find out about a Royal & Sun Alliance Extra Income Bond ISA which she has not had any dividends or information since mid 2003. I get the impression they may have been taken over and possibly records have been lost.
Does anyone have any information about this product, or how to contact whoever is running this ISA now ?
Any help will be deeply appreciated.:j

ISIS took it over if i recall correctly which then went to merge with F&C.
It is now the F&C Extra Income Bond.
