bt internet retention

Bt phoned me wanted me to sign up for 12months and they would decrease my option 3 internet broadband to 19.26 a month and free vision tv and box. I asked for a new router since mine is like 2 years old but they refused and said it would cost around 50 pounds. Not a very good deal is it. I don't need the tv deal since I have sky hd.

call 0800 800 030 press option 1. you can have a reduced price and free hub and phone for free if you renew for 12 months and you dont have to take BT vision.

I got the same price reduction call a week ago also, except they didnt offer me any Vision TV and Box...just 3-free months. I initally agreed to it, but then found out about the o2 8Mb £7.34pm/12mth a couple of days later, so have cancelled and gone for that. No retention possible for a deal like that, imo.
