Maybe, but just like Severe Disability Allowance, Invalidity Benefit, Sickness Benefit and IBY before it, the staff will be beaten with a stick to make it work. It will fit the mold until such time the suits listen to the real people who know what is best. And we all know that's not going to happen!! The DWP MP has resigned last night - watch this space for the next numpty
