If I recall correctly Defrag will not run unless you have 15% free space already?

These will clean some bits up
Download CCLEANER (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION' ~ make sure YAHOO TOOLBAR is unticked on installation)

Run the CLEANER scan (UNTICK 'cookies')
Then run the REGISTRY scan (Backup the registry when it asks)

reboot

Download GLARY UTILITIES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD NOW' ~ UNTICK the ASK toolbar on installation)

Run the ONE CLICK scan
and yes ~ 10% is a MINIMUM for a good defrag really

Ooops, should just have said Treesize. Ah well, when the license runs out in a few weeks she can always unistall it and put Treesize instead!
